Today’s assignment let’s us use our imagination to create mystery within our images, the aim of today’s assignment is to get the viewer thinking about the image and to look through the image.
My image of choice for this is of a water splash which is the main subject but due to the way I have lit the scene and created the ripples from the previous splashes by setting the timing interval the shapes created by the half lit ripples fight for domination creating mysterious image…
If your wondering what the white dots are these are the markings on the oven tray I used that you can barely see with the eye but the certainly show up here!

What makes this mysterious to me is that it almost looks as though threes a reflection of something at the very centre, but I can’t quite make out what it is… our minds will play funny tricks on us… 🙂

Never noticed that before but now you have brought that to my attention it does right enough, a dark shadow of some sort!
